Job Description-
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments Process payments and refunds Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Maintaining customer payment records.
Requirements-
- Candidate much be graduate in commerce field.
- 1 or 3 years experience is must
- Previous work experience in collection payments
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge about MS Office and MS Excel.
- Problem Solving skill.
- Previous work experience in Banking field
- Salary depends on interview.
Office Timing-
9 am to 7 pm
Monday to Saturday
Sunday off
