Customer Success Manager
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all new customer onboarding onto the platform
- Manage all migrations from other platforms onto our platform
- Respond to all customer queries via the Support Portal
- Respond to customer queries coming in via phone
- Coordinate with the product team to create How-To Guides for new feature launches
- Coordinate with the product, engineering, and marketing teams as required
- Maintain Customer Support SLAs
- Reach out to customers on the platform based on platform activity
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the product and continue to remain updated on new launches
- Maintain an understanding of competitor platforms
Other Requirements
- 5 to 7 Years of Experience working in a Customer Support and Success Role at a SaaS Based Startup
- Neutral Accent
- Ability to understand people quickly
- Ability to build systems and processes for new customer onboarding, migrations etc
Shift
- Central Timezone 8:00am ET to 5:00pm ET (5:30pm IST to 2:30am IST)
Location :
- Bangalore but work from home till mid 2021 till situation improves
