Job Description:
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead execution of a manufacturing facility project in Halol. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing both greenfield and brownfield projects, with a proven track record of delivering industrial/manufacturing projects on time, within budget, and with high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield and brownfield manufacturing projects
- Coordinate with PMC, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Develop, monitor, and control project schedules using MS Project / Primavera
- Track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards at site
- Manage site progress, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and billing milestones
- Ensure smooth integration of new facilities with existing infrastructure (for brownfield projects)
- Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings
Key Requirements
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil / Structural / Construction Engineering
- Experience: 8–10 years in industrial/manufacturing project execution
- Hands-on experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control
- Experience working with PMC, EPC contractors, and MEP vendors
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good understanding of safety norms and compliance standards
