About the Role

The company  is hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business expansion in the USA AEC BIM services market.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with technical education + early sales exposure who want to build a career in international engineering services sales and BIM solution consulting 

The role focuses primarily on lead generation, client outreach, qualification, and pipeline development.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Identify and research potential clients in the USA AEC industry

  • Architects
  • Engineering consultants
  • Contractors
  • BIM managers

🔹 Generate qualified leads through:

  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Email campaigns
  • Cold calling
  • Market research platforms

🔹 Support senior sales team in building international pipelines

🔹 Schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients

🔹 Understand client requirements and map them with BIM service offerings

🔹 Maintain and update leads in CRM systems such as:

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Zoho CRM

🔹 Assist in preparing:

  • capability decks
  • proposals
  • introduction emails

🔹 Conduct competitor and market research within the BIM outsourcing space

🔹 Support participation in webinars, digital outreach campaigns, and networking initiatives


Required Skills & Experience

✔ 1+ year experience in:

  • Sales Development
  • Lead Generation
  • Inside Sales
  • Business Development support roles

✔ Basic understanding of:

  • BIM services
  • Architecture workflows
  • Engineering outsourcing industry (preferred, not mandatory)

✔ Strong communication skills (written + verbal)

✔ Comfortable interacting with international clients

✔ Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting tools and CRM platforms

✔ Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
