Job Summary
We are looking for a Relationship Manager – DSA to manage customer coordination, loan file handling, and case closures for Working Capital and Retail Loan products. The role involves interacting with customers, collecting and verifying documents, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth processing and closure of loan cases..

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interaction and coordinate for loan-related requirements.
Manage loan files from login to sanction and disbursement.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and DSAs for smooth case processing.
Collect, verify, and maintain customer documentation.
Understand Working Capital and Retail Loan policies, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Follow up on pending cases and resolve processing-related queries.
Ensure accurate and timely closure of loan files.
Maintain proper MIS and case tracking records.

Required Skills
Good understanding of Working Capital and Retail Loan products.
Knowledge of banking documentation and loan processing.
Strong coordination and customer handling skills.
Good communication and follow-up abilities.
Process-oriented and detail-focused approach.

Eligibility
Graduated in any discipline.
Experience in loan processing, banking operations, or financial services preferred.
