Interior Designer – Modular Furniture

Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetically appealing, and practical modular interiors for residential projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing design concepts, developing furniture layouts, creating 2D/3D designs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure design feasibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design modular kitchens and wardrobes as per client requirements.
• Prepare furniture layouts, space planning, and design concepts.
• Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and realistic renderings to present design concepts.
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design proposals using Canva.
• Assist clients with the selection of materials, laminates, finishes, hardware, and color combinations.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, and modular furniture innovations.
• Maintain organized project drawings and design documentation.
• Support the team with other project-related activities as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software.
• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Understanding of interior design principles, modular furniture, and space planning.
• Creative mindset with good attention to aesthetics and detailing.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical designs.
• Willingness to learn new design concepts and software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
