Chartered Accountant – Investment Banking (US)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare business valuations and financial models.

• Prepare investment decks, pitch presentations and investment teasers.

• Support financial and business due diligence activities.

• Coordinate with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.

• Assist in deal structuring, negotiations and deal closure.

• Analyse financial statements, business performance and investment opportunities.

• Prepare reports, presentations and transaction-related documentation.

• Support end-to-end investment banking and M&A assignments.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuations, M&A, due diligence or corporate finance is preferred.

• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.

• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Strong written and verbal English communication.

• Comfortable working in US time zones, including late-night shifts.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Job Time- US timings –  4 PM to 1 AM or  6 PM to 3 AM 

Working Days- Mon -Fri (5 days working)
