Front End Developer

Job Description:

Responsibilities -

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Hands-on with CSS preprocessors like Sass/Scss/Less
• Must have hands-on experience in ReactJS and delivered project/s on ReactJS
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Experience with front end tools such as Babel, WebPack, Npm
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance optimization, accessibility, and usability
• Good understanding of JavaScript dom-manipulation techniques, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Ability to design and implement highly scalable applications with a passion for the user experience
• A self-driven and conscientious mentality and a commitment to innovate with high- quality work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
• Translate user stories and use cases into functional application features.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Determining the structure and design of web pages.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.
• Participate in the decision-making process (Showing why matter for any implementations)
• Mentor junior software engineers -- it’s the best way to collaborate, innovate and contribute to growth.
