Experience- 8-10 Years  Timings – 10 AM-7 PM Location -Sindhu Bhavan Road   Salary 18-20 LPA.  As the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities,  ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to  support the company's growth and profitability objectives. You will lead a team of finance  professionals and collaborate with various departments to optimize financial processes and  drive business performance.  1) Financial Planning and Analysis   -Oversee all company accounts and investments  -Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term  strategic planning  -Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and  opportunities.   Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate financial  performance and recommendations.  2) Financial Reporting and Compliance:  -Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements,  balance sheets, and cash flow statements.  -Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and  accounting standards.  3) Cost Management and Profitability Analysis  -Review operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency  improvements  -Conduct profitability analysis by product, channel, and store to drive revenue growth and  margin enhancement.  -Collaborate with operational teams to develop pricing strategies and evaluate the financial  impact of business initiatives.  4) Team Leadership   - Managing a team of 5-6 members.
