Job Description:
  • Lead the development and implementation of business growth plans with goals, strategies and tactics globally.
  • Generate, analyze and interpret segment information that leads to product line rationalization and commercialization.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the end user needs and use this information to drive successful penetration in market segments.
  • Perform research around specific identified market segments by designing and conducting market research studies to ensure an in depth understanding of the market and its 5P’s.
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership for direct reports responsible for Executing Voice of the Customer interviews, develop key findings and themes based on these to identify business opportunities and define value proposition.
  • Identify new market opportunities/platforms.
  • Identify segmentation approaches that can drive key marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market evaluation and opportunity assessment for portfolio products.
  • Analyze industry trends, customer activity and product applications to determine sales and profit potential and understand opportunities resulting from changing conditions.
  • Knowledge of Dealing with OEM customers, ERP Operating, Costing and reconciliation of accounts etc.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

 

  1. He/she should be presentable with good communication
  2. BE + MBA Preferred
  3. 2-3 Years of Marketing Experience in OEM Sales, Industrial products
  4. Ability to read & understand product drawings
  5. Good communication Negotiation Skills and Technically Sound
