Job Description:
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
    • Act as an intermediary in negotiations with buyers 
    • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
    • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
    • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting. 
    • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
    • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.

     

    SKILLS:

    The individual must demonstrate the following skills as and when needed:

    • Getting Information - Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources access media advertising services
    • obtain information from CRM and other databases available
    • Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
    • Negotiate real estate sales and/or rental contracts
    • Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) set up functions, enter data, or process information.
    • Selling &convincing others to buy and/or sell to change their minds or actions as and when needed during a pitch.
    • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with CB team as well as the Clients, and maintaining them over time.
    • Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.
    • arrange teleconference calls

    • arrange for title searches
    • Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
    • follow contract, property, or insurance laws

    • Experience in managing high net worth clients.
