Job Description

As an HR Lead, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, vendor management, and employee engagement initiatives. We are looking for a smart, people-oriented professional who can effectively handle a wide range of HR responsibilities and contribute to our overall organizational success.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, including grievances, conflicts, and performance issues. Provide guidance, counseling, and support to managers and employees, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • HR Activities: Manage and execute various HR processes and programs, such as onboarding, performance management, employee development, benefits administration, employee offboarding, and policy implementation. Maintain accurate HR records and generate relevant reports as needed.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Organize and participate in team-building activities, events, and employee recognition programs. Foster a positive work environment and support a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with HR-related vendors, such as benefits providers, background screening agencies, and training consultants. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.


What you’ll bring:

  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in HRMS systems, MS Office, and other HR software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
