Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters related to business agreements, intellectual
property rights, and investment-related activities, with a focus on e-commerce businesses.
This role will play a crucial part in drafting legal documents, providing expert legal advice, and contributing to our growing legal documents library.

Key Responsibilities:
 Drafting Legal Agreements/Documents: Prepare a wide range of legal agreements and documents, catering to both start-ups and established businesses.
 Intellectual Property Matters: Provide expert guidance on intellectual property rights (IPR) and assist in resolving IP disputes when necessary.
 Review and Vetting: Review and vet legal agreements and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
 Due Diligence & Legal Clause Implementation: Monitor the implementation of legal clauses in agreements, policies, and notices, ensuring they are adhered to by all parties involved. Manage due diligence processes if required at the client’s demand.
 Legal Analysis and Research: Conduct in-depth legal analysis, research case studies, and stay updated on legal developments to provide well-informed advice.
 Advising on IPR: Offer expert advice to clients on intellectual property rights and related matters, helping them protect their assets.
 Mandatory Document Assistance: Assist clients in obtaining mandatory legal documents, ensuring their compliance with regulatory requirements.
 Legal Documents Library: Collaborate with the team to build and maintain a comprehensive legal documents library on our portal, making it a valuable resource for our clients.
 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Advisor team, providing legal support and insights to address client needs effectively.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Master’s in Law (LLM) with relevant legal experience from a good university
 Strong understanding of e-commerce business agreements and investment-related activities.
 Proficiency in IPR, SSHA, term sheets, and fund utilization processes as per various acts.
 Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
 Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and understandably.
 Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
 Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
 Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
 Adherence to ethical and professional standards in the legal field.
