Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be from an Insurance background.
- Must possess knowledge about insurance products specifically all general insurance.
- He should be good at communication and able to generate new leads.
- Responsible for the management of the sales policies.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and financial situations.
- Analyze and evaluate the risks involved and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to meet clients' requirements.
- Customize presentations based on individual client needs and preferences
- Provide accurate quotes for insurance policies based on clients' requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and claims promptly and professionally.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Contributing to meeting sales targets.
- Mediating disputes with customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Insurance.
- Sales acumen.
- Solid understanding of policies and products.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
