Sales Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective clients,
partners, and existing customers.
Present and demonstrate technical products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
Identify potential opportunities by analyzing customer requirements and providing the
best solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining profitable pricing and margins.
Technical Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the technical and development team to understand the product's
technical specifications and translate them into customer-centric solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring effective communication between the client
and internal teams.
Support software development efforts, ensuring deliverables align with customer
requirements.
Conduct on-site or remote product installations, configurations, and testing.
Support and Development Responsibilities:
Provide post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with the development team to customize software solutions as per client
needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for all technical queries and escalations.
Document technical processes, customer requirements, and solutions for future
reference.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, IT), or a related
field.
MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role.
Proven track record in hardcore sales and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Hands-on experience with software development and technical support.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of software development processes, programming languages (e.g.,
Python, Java, C++), and system integration.
Familiarity with AI, IoT, or CCTV technologies (specific to industry).
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales platforms, and technical documentation.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
