Manager / Senior Manager-Audit Assurance
Job Description:
This leadership role is designed for an ambitious individual with a strong foundation in financial audit, a passion for operational excellence, and a vision for building and growing our outsourced financial audit vertical.
1)Practice Development:
▪ Develop and lead the outsourced financial audit services vertical, including defining the service scope, workflows,
and client engagement strategies.
▪ Build a robust framework for quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement in audit processes.
▪ Identify and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in audit services.
2)Client Engagement:
▪ Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand services.
▪ Proactively seek new clients through strategic networking, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
▪ Act as the primary point of contact for client discussions related to outsourced financial audits.
3)Team Leadership:
▪ Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of audit professionals.
▪ Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
▪ Assign tasks and oversee team deliverables to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.4)Strategic Planning:
▪ Collaborate with senior management to align the audit practice with the company's overall growth objectives.
▪ Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the outsourced financial audit sector.
▪ Develop and manage the budget for the audit vertical.

5)Compliance and Standards:
▪ Ensure all audit activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, including GAAP, IFRS, and local laws.
▪ Stay updated on regulatory changes and integrate them into practice methodologies.
▪ Conduct periodic reviews to maintain the highest level of service quality and compliance.
Location: Willingness to work in Ahmedabad and travel as required for client engagements
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Chartered accountant (CA) or certified public accountant (CPA) with a strong academic record. Additional certifications like the CIA or ACCA are advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years in financial audit, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in global delivery centers from India is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency:
▪ Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and standards.
▪ Proficiency in audit tools and technologies such as CaseWare, IDEA, or similar platforms.
• Leadership Skills:
▪ Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects.
▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client trust and team cohesion.
• Strategic Thinking:
▪ Proven track record of identifying business opportunities and driving growth.
▪ Ability to align team efforts with organizational goals.
