Job Description:
Basic Functions,
As an Inside Sales Engineer in the Engineering & Processing Technologies (EPT) department, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and customers by providing technical  expertise, product recommendations, and solutions. You will serve as a liaison between engineering and sales, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support to meet their unique needs. Your work will help drive success and innovation while staying aligned with values of integrity, collaboration, competence, and delivering results. 

Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers and the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely information is delivered. 
Develop and prepare technical proposals, quotes, and documentation for engineering solutions in coordination with the sales team. 
Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and communicate product specifications, capabilities, and custom solutions. 
Assist in managing and following up on sales inquiries, working to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions. 
Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, from inquiry through delivery. 
Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide the best possible advice to customers and the sales team. 
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the EPT department by participating in cross-functional collaboration and idea-sharing. 

Required Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent experience. 
2+ years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. 
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn the specifics products and solutions. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical customers. 
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results. 
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. 
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
