Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Sales - Responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth. Implement sales processes, best practices, and tools to optimize the sales cycle.
- Customer Understanding - Should have a good understanding of our customers’ needs and anddevelop effective products to meet those needs.
- Operational and Financial Excellence - Implement efficient processes and workflows to create efficiencies and enhance customer acquisition, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Work closely with the central team and senior management to create sales targets, manage budgets, and support revenue objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with all central departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and feedback loop for product enhancements.
- Market Analysis - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential challenges. Adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Our Vision of You
- Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in sales as ASM/RSM at bus OEMs, dealerships or bus financing
institutions is mandatory
- Willing to travel
- High hustle mentality, get-it-done attitude
- Good communication and negotiation skills
2 openings: North region (based in Delhi-NCR) and West Region (based in Maharashtra/Gujarat)
