Ad Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ad Operations Specialist with expertise in SSP, DSP, DMP, Private Auctions, Programmatic Guaranteed Deals, and revenue optimization to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
SSP/DSP Management: Collaborate with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and supply-side platforms (SSPs) to set up, optimize, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns.
DMP Utilization: Leverage Data Management Platforms (DMPs) to target and segment audiences for more effective and personalized ad delivery.
Private Auctions & Programmatic Guaranteed Deals: Implement and manage private marketplace deals, ensuring optimal yield for both buyers and sellers.
Ad Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to maximize revenue and achieve performance goals.
Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and generating insights to drive campaign performance.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights on key performance metrics, audience behavior, and revenue trends.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and analytics, to align strategies and achieve campaign objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, B.Sc in Computer Science, or a related field.
1.5 years of experience in ad operations, programmatic advertising, or related roles; freshers are also considered.
Proficiency in working with SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, and ad serving platforms.
Expertise in setting up and managing private auctions and programmatic guaranteed deals.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data manipulation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
