Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced sales/business development manager to drive our expansion across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new buyers, closing B2B deals, and ensuring smooth coordination with our India-based fulfillment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new industrial buyers across the MENA region
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals
  • Negotiate terms including pricing and payment structures
  • Coordinate with our India team to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Share customer and market insights to improve strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/BD in the engineering or industrial domain
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably involving international customers
  • Strong network with industrial buyers, distributors, or procurement departments in MENA
  • Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently
