Business Development Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate leads through calls and convert them into potential business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and persuading them to engage with our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads by making outbound calls to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
Convert leads into sales opportunities through effective communication.
Maintain and update detailed records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects to foster long-term business.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets.
Provide regular reports on call activities and conversion metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
