📈 Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.

Manage search, display, video, shopping, and retargeting ads to maximize ROAS.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.

Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align marketing goals.

Manage large-scale budgets and ensure efficient spending.

Stay updated on digital trends and platform algorithm changes.
🎓 Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager

Strong analytical skills and ROI-focused mindset

Experience with app install campaigns and product feed management is a plus

Excellent communication and project management skills
