Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to promote brand presence in the local market.
  • Organize and manage on-ground promotional activities, events, and exhibitions to attract target customers.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, brokers, and sales teams to generate quality leads.
  • Distribute marketing collaterals and ensure brand visibility across key touchpoints (banners, hoardings, flyers, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Support the sales team in driving footfalls to the studio and boosting customer engagement.
  • Qualifying the leads generated online.
  • Coordinating with the Sales Manager and helping with conversion.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in offline/field marketing, preferably in the construction, real estate, or apartment sales sector.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with local vendors, brokers, and event agencies.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns within budgets.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and flexible to travel locally as part of marketing activities.
