Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to promote brand presence in the local market.
- Organize and manage on-ground promotional activities, events, and exhibitions to attract target customers.
- Collaborate with channel partners, brokers, and sales teams to generate quality leads.
- Distribute marketing collaterals and ensure brand visibility across key touchpoints (banners, hoardings, flyers, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitor activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Support the sales team in driving footfalls to the studio and boosting customer engagement.

Qualifying the leads generated online.

Coordinating with the Sales Manager and helping with conversion.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in offline/field marketing, preferably in the construction, real estate, or apartment sales sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with local vendors, brokers, and event agencies.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns within budgets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and flexible to travel locally as part of marketing activities.
