Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented candidate to join our export division. The candidate should have a strong background in Agro commodities such as rice, pulses, spices, sesame seeds, grains, and related products, along with sound knowledge of EXIM procedures and international trade documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business relations with overseas clients.
  • Generate export inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and export documentation (LC, BL, COO, Packing List, Invoice, etc.).
  • Coordinate with logistics, CHA, and shipping companies for smooth dispatch and delivery.
  • Follow up with buyers on orders, payments, and documentation.
  • Conduct international market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Work on international B2B platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, Volza, etc.) for lead generation and client outreach.
  • Handle buyer communication, shipment tracking, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely execution of export orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in export marketing and international sales within the Agro commodities sector (rice, pulses, spices, grains, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of EXIM documentation and international trade procedures.
  • Knowledge of payment terms (TT, LC, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle clients independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and online B2B portals.
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, International Business, or a related field experience.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
