Job Description:

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Manage employee attendance and ensure timely submission and accuracy of leave and attendance records.
  • Handle payroll processing accurately and on schedule.
  • Drive recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of liaison with doctors and medical staff, addressing HR-related queries and requirements.
  • Support management in HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software and payroll management systems.
