Job Description:
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Manage employee attendance and ensure timely submission and accuracy of leave and attendance records.
- Handle payroll processing accurately and on schedule.
- Drive recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of staff.
- Serve as the primary point of liaison with doctors and medical staff, addressing HR-related queries and requirements.
- Support management in HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR software and payroll management systems.
