Role Overview
As Cluster Sales Manager – LAP, you will lead and manage a direct sales team focused on LAP products, overseeing 8-9 branches with Branch Managers (BMs) and their downstream teams. This senior leadership position requires 5-8 years of experience in sales management within the NBFC sector, with a focus on team handling, branch operations, and achieving sales targets. You will report to the Regional Head and play a key role in expanding our LAP portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a direct sales team for LAP products, ensuring high performance and target achievement across 8-9 branches.
Oversee Branch Managers (BMs) and their teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to drive productivity.
Develop and implement sales strategies for LAP, including market penetration, customer acquisition, and retention.
Monitor branch operations, including sales metrics, compliance, and customer satisfaction, to ensure smooth functioning.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to resolve issues and optimize processes.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies across all branches.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and motivational activities to boost morale and performance.
Qualifications & Experience
5-8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in NBFC or financial services.
Proven experience handling direct sales teams, branch operations, and team leadership roles.
Exposure to LAP (Loan Against Property) products and sales processes.
Experience managing 8-9 branches or equivalent team size is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis.
Knowledge of NBFC regulations, LAP products, and financial services.
