Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive professional to manage B2B inquiries, update product listings, support sales operations, and maintain CRM records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries and orders received through online B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.

Maintain and update product listings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Respond promptly to buyer queries and follow up for order closures.

Provide operational and administrative support to the field sales team, including preparing quotations, reports, and relevant data.

Manage CRM entries, ensuring timely and accurate daily updates.
