Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Support property launches, promotions, and events.

Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Prepare reports on sales performance, leads, and marketing activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience in real estate sales/marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.

Result-oriented, proactive, and creative.
