Job Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in HR, Marketing, and Finance, using innovative and effective instructional methods to promote student learning and engagement.
Guide and supervise students in academic projects, research, dissertations, and internships, providing mentorship and fostering a strong academic environment.
Participate actively in curriculum development, course design, and continuous improvement of departmental activities.
Engage in ongoing professional development activities and keep abreast of the latest academic and industry trends in your areas of expertise.
Contribute to research, publications, faculty development initiatives, and actively seek collaborative research opportunities.
Organise and participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and other scholarly activities at the departmental and institutional level.
Advise students on career opportunities, placement support, and professional advancement.
Participate in institutional activities, committees, and projects, contributing to academic governance and institutional development.
Desirable Skills:
Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills across HR /Marketing OR Finance domain, with the ability to deliver clear, engaging lectures and tutorials.
Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities for collaboration with students, colleagues, and external partners.
Commitment to academic excellence, student development, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Capacity for initiating and guiding research, grant proposal writing, and scholarly publications.
Proficient in the use of analytical tools, online teaching platforms, and digital resources relevant to management education.
Experience:
Preference for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant teaching or industry experience in HR, Marketing, or Finance.
