Collections Analyst

Job Description:

You will own and manage all the Data and MIS requirements that are needed to run/govern day-to-day operations and perform data analysis for the collections.

What you will do:

• Design and implement frameworks to automate and deploy Management Information System (MIS), data integration, and manual operations workflows, streamlining processes and reducing manual effort.
• Create databases and data marts that are required for performing analysis quickly and efficiently.
• Work with product & data teams to get the build data pipelines required for creating the required databases/data marts
• Perform analysis and provide data-backed recommendations for solving difficult problems and improving operational efficiency
• Work along with the collections strategy team in getting the recommendations implemented and understanding the improvements because of the recommendations

Must haves

• Excellent data manipulation skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Ability to create database design and data marts required for governing of day-to-day operations and performing analytics
• Ability to create monitoring frameworks to understand every step of the existing process and suggest improvements
• Flexible to extend working hours to deliver the requirements
• Ability to do basic root cause analysis and provide recommendations to the stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience of data manipulation in Python/PySpark
• Should have experience in working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight etc.
