Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client engagement including onboarding, training, and adoption.

Drive usage and product adoption across key D2C and SMB accounts.

Collaborate closely with Product and Delivery teams as the customer advocate.

Track and analyze success metrics to ensure consistent platform utilization.

Identify potential risks early and implement proactive solutions for retention.
Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.

Prior experience on the brand side of supply chain / D2C operations is mandatory.

Exposure to AI/ML-led or analytics-driven SaaS products is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated ownership mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Experience managing strategic or enterprise-level clients will be preferred.
