Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager who can drive global expansion in the FMCG food and snack category. The role is focused on growing export sales, developing new markets, and building long-term relationships with importers, distributors, and retail partners across multiple countries. This position requires strong business development capability, market understanding, and the ability to convert international leads into consistent revenue. It is a sales-focused export role, supported by our in-house export operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth
 Identify and onboard new international buyers, distributors, and importers.
 Develop business across GCC, Africa, USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and Asian markets.
 Generate leads through outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
 Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, MOQs, and payment terms.
 Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
 Track competitor activities and spot new opportunities.
 Build and nurture long-term relationships with global partners.
Sales Execution
 Prepare quotations, product details, and market-wise price lists.
 Support international exhibitions, virtual meetings, and trade events.

Required Experience

 5+ years of experience in International Sales, preferably in FMCG or food products.
 Proven track record of generating export business and meeting sales targets.
 Experience dealing with distributors, importers, and retail chains.
 Exposure to multiple regions (GCC, Africa, US, UK, Europe, etc.).
 Familiarity with export processes and international trade practices.

 Strong lead generation and prospecting ability
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Good understanding of global FMCG markets
 Ability to build long-term relationships
 Market research and commercial acumen
 Proactive mindset and strong follow-up discipline
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment

Education

 MBA / PGDM preferred (Marketing or International Business)
 Certifications in export management are an added advantage
