Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Export Head / International Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead and expand our international business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing global clients, driving international sales, and overseeing export operations within FMCG or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the existing international customer portfolio with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead global marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads and drive new client acquisition across targeted international markets.

  • Handle end-to-end client communication, including negotiations, product inquiries, pricing discussions, and closing export deals.

  • Analyze market demand, identify new business opportunities, and convert product inquiries into profitable sales.

  • Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and overall business growth.

  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure the timely preparation of pre- and post-shipment samples and the smooth execution of export orders.

  • Manage export documentation, compliance, and overseas client communication to ensure seamless trade operations.

  • Prepare, analyse, and present sales reports with actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in International Sales, Export Management, or Global Business Development.

  • Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation, international trade regulations, Incoterms, and logistics.

  • Excellent fluency in English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to identify high-value customers, develop new markets, and build sustainable business partnerships.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple international accounts simultaneously.
