Job Description:

 

As a Solutions Delivery Specialist - Supply Chain, you will be at the heart of client success. You’ll
lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding, timely delivery, and
stakeholder alignment across teams. You’ll also drive internal initiatives and cross-functional
feature rollouts.


𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
● Lead client onboarding and implementation projects from start to finish
● Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
● Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and documentation
● Drive internal rollouts for new features, integrations, and process improvements
● Build visibility and alignment across all internal and external stakeholders
● Support client growth by understanding needs and upselling relevant solutions


𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
● 2+ years of experience on the brand side in supply chain or operations
● Deep understanding of supply chain planning tools and workflows
● Proven experience in project management and software implementation
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI dashboards
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities
● Experience in stakeholder management and solution selling
