Job Description:

 Job overview: 
Our client has partnered with a well-established U.S. Tax, Wealth & Business Advisory firm to support and expand its India operations. The U.S. firm has over 30 years of experience serving entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, physicians, and other diverse clients across tax, wealth management, and advisory services.The India team will work closely with U.S. engagement teams on tax preparation, compliance, and client coordination activities. This is a long-term opportunity offering strong learning exposure, growth, and direct collaboration with U.S. teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare U.S. Individual & Business Tax Returns, including 1040, 1065, & 1120S
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across tax filings
• Identify tax-saving opportunities during preparation
• Coordinate with internal teams on review comments and technical clarifications
• Communicate with clients for documentation and workflow updates
• Review client data and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
• Participate in internal tax learning and training sessions
• Support strong client relationship management

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of U.S. Tax Preparation experience
• Hands-on experience with 1040, 1065 & 1120S Tax Returns is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Individual & Business Taxation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Experience with CRM/workflow management systems preferred
