About the Opportunity
Our client has partnered with a well-established U.S. Tax, Wealth & Business Advisory firm to build and expand their new India operations.
The U.S. firm has been serving a diverse client base—including entrepreneurs, physicians, musicians, executives, and business owners—for over 30 years. Known for its holistic approach, the firm offers integrated services across tax, wealth management, business advisory, and financial planning.
Through this collaboration, our client will support the U.S. firm in growing its offshore capabilities by setting up and managing a high-performing India-based team. The India office will work closely with U.S. engagement teams on complex tax preparation and compliance work.
This is a long-term, growth-oriented opportunity to become part of a respected U.S. public accounting ecosystem while being supported by an experienced on-ground team in India.

With an expanding client portfolio, we are looking for skilled professionals who can contribute to strengthening the tax division. Selected candidates will focus on tax preparation, client coordination, and day-to-day collaboration with U.S. teams.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare U.S. tax returns for individuals and businesses, including Form 1040, Form 1065, and Form 1120S

Identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure compliance accuracy

Collaborate with team members on review points and technical clarifications

Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide workflow updates

Review client data for accuracy and completeness

Participate in weekly learning sessions related to taxes and other advisory areas

Support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships
Experience & Skill Requirements

3–5 years of U.S. tax preparation experience

Hands-on experience preparing both individual and business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120S)

Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills

Experience using CRM or workflow management systems
Other Considerations

Work-from-home position

Preference for candidates located in Ahmedabad or Gujarat, but open to Pan-India profiles

Work in India business hours with partial overlap with U.S. teams

Ideal start date: January 1st Week .
