Job Description:

Role Purpose

You will own end-to-end client management for B2B marketing engagements — from taking briefs to coordinating delivery across design, content, media, and tech teams. You ensure timelines, quality, client satisfaction, and opportunities for growth (upsell/cross-sell) within existing accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Communication

  • Act as primary point of contact for 3–5 retainer clients
  • Manage client expectations proactively and drive delivery confidence
  • Conduct review calls, share reports, and document actionable feedback

Project & Delivery Management

  • Convert briefs into internal tasks with clarity, scope, and ownership
  • Coordinate work with content, creative, video, web & paid media teams
  • Track delivery using Jira/Asana/ClickUp + maintain monthly calendars
  • Prepare timelines, Gantt charts, status trackers & performance summaries

Marketing Knowledge & Strategic Understanding

  • Understand marketing funnels, B2B lead journeys & performance metrics
  • Grasp basic CRM workflows and lead lifecycle (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce preferable)
  • Work with LinkedIn + email campaigns for demand generation projects
  • Support creation of case studies, reports, and ROI-based client narratives

Commercial & Account Growth Support

  • Identify upsell opportunities (campaigns, website projects, paid media, video, content automation, etc.)
  • Support pricing, proposals, SOW documents, and renewals

 

Preferred Skill Set

🔹 Strong spoken & written communication (mandatory)
🔹 Experience in a digital or B2B agency / SaaS marketing team
🔹 Working knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, CRM workflows, email marketing
🔹 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal + client teams)
🔹 Hands-on expertise with task management tools (Jira/ClickUp/Asana)
🔹 Comfortable with analytical reporting & explaining performance metrics
