Executive Assistant to the CEO
Job Description:
What you’ll do:
* Work across all teams and job functions in founders office to organise, schedule, track, past, existing, and upcoming projects
* Liaison between the CEO and all teams for arranging meetings, call to actions, and outcomes
* Reach out to external and third party stakeholders on behalf of the founder wherever required and ensure successful completion of tasks and projects
* Book travel and logistics for all out-of-city founder meetings and engagements
* Arrange domestic and international meetings based on optimal times and relevance
* Generate internal reports and summaries for progress, challenges, expectations across teams internally
* Enforce the company culture and outcomes in the presence and absence of the founder
* Working alongside the people team to organise team growth, learning, bonding events
* Establish and generate measurement methods for progress across projects, finances, compliance, legal, operational, and engineering tasks
* Partner with technical program managers, product managers to ensure the traceability of founder vision converted to task lists and maintain progress reports for the same
* Generate and support the development of ad-hoc documentation for development of new SOPs, working alongside lawyers and CAs for ensuring smooth completion of tasks associated with fundraising, compliance, licensing.
* Coordinate between media companies, event organisers and other third party associations for projects involving the founder
* Ensure all trivial problems which can be solved prior to reaching the founder are resolved at the founders office level through the people team, accounting, finance, operations, technical program managers or Chief of Staff.
* Make ad-hoc presentations as per company guidelines for relevant internal and external meetings
* Track and enforce company policies across the entire organisation
* Negotiate deals and terms with third party vendors, contractors, agents, consultants

Skill Requirements:
* Past experience in business development
* At least 3 years of work experience post graduation
* Demonstrable track record for diligence, high energy, task-master
* Some understanding of how corporate banking and compliance works
* Extremely savvy with digital calendars, call scheduling, meeting scheduling
* Past experience working alongside logistics partners and organisations
* Past experience with meeting scheduling across business partners, investors, outreach, media partners, etc.
* Past experience with maintaining and enforcing company culture
* Past experience making presentations for internal and external events
Note: The EA to the CEO is a highly demanding and energy intensive role. Your work will help ensure the entire attention of the founder can be spent on building and scaling the impact of our solutions and building the future of the company, hence it’s imperative that you are able to learn dynamically and help solve problems at high speeds. You are also the CEOs eyes and ears to ensure a positive, hardworking, and happy workplace in the CEOs presence and absence. This role will be very demanding but is certain to be a rollercoaster filled with accelerated growth.
