US Accountant (1:00PM to 10:30PM)

Role Overview
We are looking for an Accountant who can independently handle day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities. The role requires hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations, AP/AR, and journal entries.
• Prepare and finalise monthly and year-end financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams and respond to client queries.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of accounting activities.
• Assist in identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies and maintaining proper financial records.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Accounting.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Practical experience with AP/AR, journal entries, and month/year-end closing.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience supporting international clients is an advantage.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
