* Manage and drive collections for unsecured loan portfolios, handling Bucket X, 1, and 2.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets while strictly adhering to SOPs, legal guidelines, and regulatory norms.
* Monitor portfolio performance across key parameters such as resolution rate, roll rate, flow rate, and delinquency levels.
* Conduct and oversee daily field visits within defined TAT to ensure timely recovery and control non-starter cases.
* Identify and escalate potential flow-forward and high-risk accounts to seniors in a timely manner.
* Lead, guide, and monitor the field collection team, ensuring productivity, discipline, and target achievement.
* Handle critical and complex cases, including customer negotiations and settlement discussions, to maximise recovery.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to improve repayment behaviour.
* Ensure full compliance with audit requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
* Hands-on experience in Unsecured Loan collections.
* Strong exposure to Bucket X, 1 & 2 handling.
* Team handling and leadership experience is mandatory.
* Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
