Job Description:

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across all stages of the outbound sales cycle, with strong capabilities in building new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and closing deals. Experience working with clients in the AEC industry is a key requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads using effective outbound sales strategies

  • Set up appointments with prospective clients

  • Maintain consistent engagement with existing clients

  • Manage and track the sales pipeline

  • Confidently conduct cold calls with C-level stakeholders

  • Analyse market trends and establish competitive advantages

  • Track performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of outbound B2B/SaaS sales experience (US sales exposure is a plus)

  • Prior experience working in or selling to the AEC industry

  • Comfortable working in the EST time zone

  • Strong relationship-building and C-level influencing skills

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities

  • High ownership mindset with a fearless, result-driven attitude

  • Experience using CRM tools is preferred

 

  • Working Time Zone: EST (US time zone) - 6 PM - 3 AM IST 
  • Working Days: 5 Days
  • Industry Preference: AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) – Mandatory
