About the Role: Service Coordinator
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Global Site Service team and Service Manager. You’ll help plan and coordinate service activities, manage documentation, and ensure outstanding customer service for our clients worldwide.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with global teams, and is passionate about delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
🗂️ Coordination & Scheduling
- Assist in planning and scheduling global site service activities
- Maintain service and agreement schedules and communicate updates to clients
- Support Service Engineers with travel planning and logistics
📋 Administrative Support
- Manage technical support case systems and follow-ups
- Maintain Service Engineer records (visas, medicals, safety cards, offshore qualifications)
- Assist with expense claim approvals and ensure timely job reporting
- Prepare billing summaries and maintain compliance in third-party systems (e.g., ISNET)
- Monitor and replenish spare inventories for Service Engineers
- Administer customer service surveys and feedback processes
🔧 Process Improvement & Team Support
- Identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements
- Provide general administrative support to the Service team
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
About You
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, or office administration
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics AX 2012 / AX 365)
- Proficiency in Toggle software.
