Job Description:

This role spans administration, financial analysis, cost optimization, operational efficiency, technology adoption, and executive communication.

The ideal candidate is structured, tech-savvy, analytically strong, and execution-oriented, capable of bringing professional rigor to a promoter-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Operations & Administration
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across group entities
  • Bring process discipline to admin, vendor management, compliance, and documentation
  • Coordinate with legal, accounts, HR, auditors, and external consultants
  • Act as a single point of coordination between promoters and teams
  1. Financial Analysis & Cost Optimization
  • Track P&L, cash flows, budgets, and unit economics
  • Identify cost leakages, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
  • Build dashboards and MIS reports for leadership decision-making
  • Support pricing, procurement, and contract negotiations with data
  1. Strategy Support & Analytical Thinking
  • Convert promoter ideas into structured plans, roadmaps, and numbers
  • Conduct business analysis, feasibility studies, and scenario planning
  • Track KPIs, OKRs, and performance across businesses
  • Support new initiatives, expansions, and investments
  1. Presentations & Communication
  • Build high-quality presentations for:
  • Board / family meetings
  • Bankers, investors, and partners
  • Internal reviews
  • Translate complex data into clear, crisp, decision-ready insight

 

  1. Technology & New-Age Enablement
  • Drive adoption of modern tools and systems to replace manual processes
  • Implement and manage:
  • ERP / accounting tools
  • CRM / vendor management systems
  • Workflow automation (low-code / no-code tools)
  • Use AI tools for analysis, reporting, documentation, and productivity

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Skills

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking
  • High ownership mindset and ability to work with promoters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and unstructured environments

Tech & New-Age Skills (Must-Have)

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (models, pivots, automation)
  • PowerPoint / Google Slides – executive-grade storytelling
  • Familiarity with:
  • Accounting / ERP tools (Tally, Zoho, SAP, etc.)
  • CRM & workflow tools (Zoho, Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, etc.)
  • Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, analytics tools) for:
  • Business analysis
  • Drafting reports & presentations
  • Process documentation

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3- 5 years of experience in:
  • Business operations
  • Strategy / consulting
  • CFO office / COO office
  • Family office or promoter-led businesses
  • Has worked closely with founders / promoters
  • Strong mix of execution + thinking + tech adoption
  • MBA / CA / CFA / Engineer with business exposure (preferred, not mandatory)
