Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Marketing Executive/Coordinator with strong Digital Marketing and LinkedIn Marketing experience to manage end-to-end marketing activities. This role will focus heavily on digital campaign execution, LinkedIn marketing initiatives, social media management, internal events, and marketing strategy implementation.

The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand communication, effective lead generation, and measurable campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing & LinkedIn Marketing (Primary Focus):

1.⁠ ⁠Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and other online platforms
2.⁠ ⁠Manage LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking
3.⁠ ⁠Run LinkedIn lead generation campaigns and support MQL creation
4.⁠ ⁠Monitor LinkedIn analytics, engagement metrics, reach, and campaign effectiveness; recommend data-driven optimizations
5.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with design and content teams/agencies for LinkedIn creatives, ad copies, and campaign materials

Marketing Operations & Campaign Management:

1.⁠ ⁠Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
2.⁠ ⁠Manage internal marketing workflows, agency coordination, content calendars, and campaign timelines
3.⁠ ⁠Track campaign performance, lead conversion metrics, and ensure closure on campaign deliverables
4.⁠ ⁠Maintain and update campaign dashboards, trackers, and marketing performance reports

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

1.⁠ ⁠Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
2.⁠ ⁠Translate marketing strategy into actionable digital campaigns and execution plans
3.⁠ ⁠Continuously evaluate campaign outcomes and provide insights for strategic improvements

Sales & Stakeholder Alignment:

1.⁠ ⁠Liaise with sales teams to align on MQL-to-SQL handoff, lead quality, and feedback loops
2.⁠ ⁠Ensure timely communication and collaboration between marketing, sales, and leadership teams

Events & Internal Engagement:

1.⁠ ⁠Plan and manage webinars, LinkedIn events, internal workshops, and engagement initiatives
2.⁠ ⁠Coordinate logistics, communication, and post-event reporting
3.⁠ ⁠Support employer branding and internal marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

1.⁠ ⁠2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Marketing Operations
2.⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Marketing (organic + paid campaigns mandatory)
3.⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of LinkedIn Ads Manager and lead generation campaigns
4.⁠ ⁠Experience in B2B marketing preferred
5.⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret campaign data
6.⁠ ⁠Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
7.⁠ ⁠Proactive, organized, and execution-driven mindset
