Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Management Expert with 5+ years of experience to oversee and optimize data systems . The role involves managing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, supporting decision-making, and integrating digital solutions to improve transparency and efficiency in public services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage  data systems and databases.

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data across departments.

• Collaborate with finance, planning, engineering, and public works teams to provide data-driven insights.

• Standardize data collection, storage, and reporting processes.

• Support smart city initiatives and digital governance through effective data management.

• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for management and government audits.

• Train staff on data handling, reporting tools, and compliance standards.

• Coordinate with IT vendors for system upgrades, integration, and support.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data management and analytics.

• Minimum 3 years of Experience in MIS

• Proficiency in database systems (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and data visualization tools.

• Strong knowledge of municipal operations, governance, and compliance requirements.

• Skilled in ERP/GIS integration and digital transformation projects.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Experience in public sector or municipal projects preferred.
