We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with strong expertise in structural BIM workflows, coordination management, and project delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing BIM processes, leading multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring compliance with project standards across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage BIM implementation across structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.

Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM standards.

Oversee the development of accurate 3D BIM models and ensure compliance with LOD and project requirements.

Manage model coordination and conduct regular clash detection reviews using Navisworks.

Supervise BIM teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality models and construction documentation.

Ensure proper documentation control and collaboration using BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Conduct BIM coordination meetings and resolve interdisciplinary issues efficiently.

Establish quality control procedures and perform model audits to maintain data integrity.

Provide technical guidance and training to BIM engineers and modellers.

Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in BIM deliverables.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience specifically as a BIM Manager.

Strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC.

In-depth understanding of BIM standards, BEP, LOD, and IFC requirements.

Experience managing multidisciplinary coordination on large-scale projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
