M.Tech freshers with a strong interest in academia are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will contribute to teaching, research initiatives, and the academic development of students in emerging technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related domains.

• Prepare academic materials including lecture notes, assignments, and evaluation methods.

• Use modern teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.

• Guide and mentor students in academic projects and research work.

Research & Academic Contribution

• Conduct research in relevant areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Data Science, and related fields.

• Publish research papers in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

• Encourage and mentor students to participate in research activities and innovation projects.

Curriculum Development

• Contribute to curriculum design and updates in line with technological advancements and industry trends.

• Participate in academic committees and departmental initiatives.

Faculty Development & Academic Programs

• Participate in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, refresher courses, and training programs.

• Complete MOOCs courses or contribute to development of digital learning content when required.

Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications

• PhD or M.Tech in Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science from a recognized university or institute.

• Strong passion for teaching and academic development.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Published research papers in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

• Participation in Refresher Courses / Research Methodology Programs / Teaching-Learning Evaluation Workshops.

• Completion of Faculty Development Programs or MOOCs with certification.
