Retail Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Retail Sales Executive to drive business growth by building strong relationships with contractors, fabricators, and retail clients in the glass industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit contractors, fabricators, builders, and retailers to generate business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Identify new projects and convert leads into sales
• Promote the company's products (processed glass, architectural glass, etc.)
• Handle client inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in retail/project sales (preferably in glass, hardware, building materials, or related industry)
• Strong network with contractors/fabricators is a plus
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (Business/Marketing preferred)
• Experience in glass or construction-related industry will be an advantage
