Senior Associate – Due Diligence Support (US Market)
Job Description:
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Due Diligence Support with strong experience in handling due diligence processes for US-based clients. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of US regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk assessment methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end due diligence for US clients (financial, legal, operational, and compliance)
Review and analyse financial statements, corporate filings, and background reports
Perform KYC, AML, and enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks in line with US regulations
Identify red flags, risks, and compliance issues
Prepare detailed due diligence reports and present findings to stakeholders
Work closely with global teams and ensure adherence to US compliance standards.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of due diligence practices with exposure to the US market
Familiarity with US regulations (KYC, AML, FATCA, etc.)
Excellent analytical and research skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in US shift timings and handle tight deadlines
Prior experience in consulting, financial services, or risk/compliance preferred
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Aligned with US Business Hours)
Working Days -5 days (Monday - Friday)
