We are looking for a seasoned accounting professional to lead and manage the end-to-end accounting function, ensuring robust financial governance, statutory compliance, and accurate financial reporting. The role requires strong exposure to taxation (direct & indirect), GST compliance, and foreign exchange transactions.

1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations
• Ensure timely closure of books (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
• Prepare and review financial statements as per applicable standards

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Manage Direct and Indirect Taxation, including GST compliance
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory obligations
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities

3. Foreign Exchange & Regulatory

• Handle foreign exchange transactions, including import/export compliance
• Ensure adherence to FEMA and related regulatory frameworks
• Manage documentation for cross-border transactions

4. Audit & Controls

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance processes
• Ensure audit readiness and closure of audit observations

5. Reporting & MIS

• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and variance reports
• Support management with actionable financial insights
• Monitor budgets and cost control initiatives

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with foreign exchange transactions
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP systems) and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
