Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business strategies
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track performance using CRM tools
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve company objectives

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
