Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resource functions.

HR Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Act as a bridge between management and employees
• Build and maintain a strong organisational culture

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels
• Plan manpower requirements with department heads
• Manage hiring partners, consultants, and job portals 

Employee Relations & Engagement
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Ensure a positive and productive work environment

 HR Operations & Administration
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR records
• Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes
• Maintain HR MIS and reporting

 Payroll & Compensation
• Coordinate payroll processing with the accounts team
• Manage salary structures, increments, and benefits

 Compliance & Statutory Requirements
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, PF, ESIC, etc.
• Maintain all statutory records and handle audits

 Performance Management & Training
• Implement performance appraisal systems
• Identify training needs and organise development programs

Requirements
• MBA / Master’s in Human Resources or related field
• 5–10 years of HR experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills
• Experience in factory HR/plant operations
• Strong recruitment and retention strategies
• Ability to handle a large workforce
